Trevor Richardson is the Founder and CEO of Address Income, a Reno, NV based real estate technology company on a mission to make property investing more accessible and data-driven. Through a vertically integrated brokerage, Address Income delivers powerful tools that help everyday investors think and act like pros.

Trevor brings more than 15 years of experience across institutional SFR, commercial brokerage, and small multifamily investing. He spent 8 years in a Reno-based commercial brokerage, developing systems and advising investors on properties between duplexes to small multifamily. It was there he saw the opportunity to combine institutional-grade analytics with hands-on brokerage for small investors.

At American Homes 4 Rent, he worked in acquisitions—building residential analytics modeling systems, training real estate agents, and launching the company’s Albuquerque market. That combination of technical process-building and local real estate knowledge helped shape what Address Income would become.

Since founding Address Income in 2023, Trevor has led it to over $50 million in closed sales, helping 25 home investors and 25 multifamily investors through Address Income’s first-gen tools and processes. He’s also personally closed $200M+ in career volume and nearly 100 multifamily transactions for clients in the greater Reno area.

Today, he leads brokerage operations, marketing, agent development, property analytics, product innovation, and seed round fundraising at Address Income, combining strategy and execution to build a next-generation real estate platform from the ground up.
