Price Per Unit/Door

Definition: 

Price per unit is a term used in the real estate industry to refer to the price of a single unit of housing, such as a condominium, apartment, or townhouse. It is calculated by dividing the total price of the property by the number of units in the property. Price per door is the price of each "door" or room within a single family home. It is calculated by dividing the total price of the property by the number of rooms in the home. 

Example:  

For example, if a condominium is listed for $500,000 and it has 2 units, then the price per unit would be $250,000.
