AI’s Tech Team: Pushing the Boundaries of Real Estate Investing

At Address Income, we’re always looking for ways to push the boundaries of real estate investing. That’s why we’ve partnered with the Wolf Pack STEM Career Studio at the University of Nevada, Reno, to take our technology to the next level.

As part of this exciting collaboration, Anthony Silva and Brandon Rowell have joined us to work on a cutting-edge project: building a machine-learning rent algorithm. This innovative algorithm is designed to predict rental rates for various housing units, from houses to apartments. By diving deeper into predictive analytics, we aim to provide even more accurate insights for our clients and further enhance how real estate investors evaluate their opportunities.
