Trevor’s 14+ year career spans institutional investing to hands-on brokerage. He began in private equity managing distressed residential assets, then joined American Homes 4 Rent as an Acquisitions AVP, launching new markets and scaling analytics-driven underwriting. That experience exposed a clear gap: individual investors and home buyers lacked the institutional-grade tools he used every day.

As a multifamily broker in Reno, he started building those tools turning analytics into products that surface returns, risk, and strategy in plain English. In 2023 he founded Address Income to deliver that experience at scale: a smarter, faster, technology-driven brokerage giving individual investors and traditional clients the same capabilities as large funds. Trevor has closed 100+ multifamily transactions totaling $200M+ across Northern Nevada.

Emily Tellez is the Office Manager at Address Income, where she oversees operations, agent support, and marketing coordination. Born and raised in Reno, she brings a deep understanding of the local market and a passion for helping others grow. With a background in business and marketing, Emily is dedicated to creating systems that make real estate smarter and more seamless for everyone involved.

At Address Income, I get to learn what it really means to be a developer. While working on backend databases, pipelines, and internal tools, I have direct access to feedback from the people who will be using what I make. I get to make a real impact through developing software that makes a difference in real estate investing and analytics within the brokerage.
