Meet The Founder

I'm Trevor Richardson, CEO and Founder of Address Income. After 15 years in real estate and investment, starting as an Operations Manager for private equity funds focused on distressed residential assets, then expanding markets nationally as an Acquisitions Assistant Vice President at American Homes 4 Rent, and later leading small multifamily brokerage services as a top specialist in Reno, I saw firsthand the gap between what buyers, sellers, and investors needed and what traditional real estate offered.

Over my career, I've closed over 100 multifamily transactions, primarily small multifamily, totaling more than $160 million in sales, developed proprietary analytics tools like the Address Income™ Metric, and pioneered investor-to-investor marketplaces where rental income and opportunities are exchanged directly. In 2023, I founded Address Income, a smarter, faster, technology-driven real estate brokerage built to serve modern buyers, investors, and partners.
