Trevor Richardson

CEO & Founder

Trevor’s 15+ year career spans institutional investing to hands-on brokerage. He began in private equity managing distressed residential assets, then joined American Homes 4 Rent as an Acquisitions AVP, launching new markets and scaling analytics-driven underwriting. That experience exposed a clear gap: individual investors and home buyers lacked the institutional-grade tools he used every day.

As a multifamily broker in Reno, he started building those tools turning analytics into products that surface returns, risk, and strategy in plain English. In 2023 he founded Address Income to deliver that experience at scale: a smarter, faster, technology-driven brokerage giving individual investors and traditional clients the same capabilities as large funds. Trevor has closed 100+ multifamily transactions totaling $200M+ across Northern Nevada.

Jamie Grier

CTO

Jamie Greer is a principal-level streaming computation expert with a career spanning ultra-high-throughput video pipelines, social data firehoses, and cloud-native stream processing services.

At Confluent (Principal Engineer II), he led Stream Processing & Analytics, championed the company’s pivot from ksqlDB to Apache Flink, recruited top Flink talent, and helped drive the Immerok acquisition. Previously he led stream-processing architecture at Splunk and founded the Streaming Platform team at Lyft. Earlier, he rebuilt Twitter’s real-time analytics stack, engineered Gnip’s social streaming and delivery system, and built >1 GB/sec single-machine video ingestion at Boulder Imaging, with a stint at data Artisans (Flink’s original team).
