Prior to founding Address Income, Trevor helped develop the expansion of small multifamily services to create a niche in the Reno market. At Dickson Commercial Group Trevor was able to help develop and grow a new asset class service, small multifamily investments. This focus led the multifamily team to become the market leader in small multifamily transactions for the Reno market beginning in 2021.

AMERICAN HOMES 4 RENT, ACQUISITIONS - Trevor was an acquisition assistant vice president with American Homes 4 Rent, a national leader in single-family home rentals. During his two years with AH4R, he operated on the front lines of growth and development while frequently traveling to more than 20 markets across the U.S. Trevor gained significant single-family rental acquisitions experience as the company grew from 5,000 single-family homes to more than 35,000 nationwide, almost entirely through single unit transactions.
